Intelligent Resilient Fabric (IRF) technology generates a virtual fabric by managing multiple switches as a single logical unit, increasing network durability, efficiency, and availability while lowering operational complexity. These switches provide gigabit ethernet connectivity and can be used to link server clusters in small data centers or at the network's edge.
